You are eligible for a full refund if:

5. What Happens After a Refund

  • Your license key will be deactivated and can no longer be used
  • You will lose access to software updates and support
  • You must uninstall and delete all copies of the software
  • Any referral bonuses earned from your purchase will be reversed
  • Your account may remain active for future purchases (unless you request deletion)

  • Your license will be permanently revoked
  • You will be banned from future purchases

  • We may pursue legal action for fraud and breach of terms

7.2 Broker Compatibility

We support all major brokers with API access. If you're having trouble connecting to your broker, our support team can assist you. This is rarely grounds for a refund as the issue is usually configuration-related.

7.3 After 30 Days

Refund requests submitted after 30 days are generally not approved. However, we may consider exceptions in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., serious bugs, medical emergencies). Please contact us to discuss your situation.

7.4 Multiple Licenses
