AI StockTrader is a desktop software application that provides AI-powered stock analysis and trading capabilities. The software connects to third-party brokers through their APIs to execute trades on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

To use AI StockTrader, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Have an account with a supported broker
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of such software is prohibited

4. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AI StockTrader on up to 3 personal devices for personal, non-commercial use. This license is for the lifetime of the product.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, or resell your license to others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Use the software for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use the software to manipulate markets or engage in fraud
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our services

6. Payment & Refunds

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact support@aistocktrader.pro within 30 days of purchase with your order details.

7. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers. Referral bonuses are paid only when the referred user completes a purchase. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are prohibited and may result in account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

AI StockTrader, including all software, content, trademarks, and logos, is our exclusive property. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI STOCKTRADER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI StockTrader and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the software or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
