If you enable auto-trading features in AI StockTrader:

• You authorize the software to execute trades on your behalf automatically
• You accept full responsibility for all automated trades
• You understand that automated trading can result in rapid and significant losses
• You will monitor your positions and can disable auto-trading at any time
• We are not responsible for any losses from automated trades

6. Broker Relationships

AI StockTrader connects to third-party brokers through their APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any broker's services, terms, or actions. Your broker relationship is governed by your agreement with that broker.

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

8. Jurisdiction
